THE CURRENT CLEVELAND CITY FLAG IS HARDLY RECOGNIZABLE, AND MANY LOCAL RESIDENTS AREN’T EVEN AWARE THAT WE HAVE ONE. WE INTEND TO CHANGE THAT.
Our goal is to produce a new flag that is instantly recognizable and intimately connected with the identity of our city, crafted by Clevelanders for Clevelanders.
Our team is dedicated to providing leadership and project management, while our committee of local residents and community leaders serves as the driving force behind bringing this project to life. Through collaboration with our city council and mayor’s office, we aim to officially adopt the flag as a symbol representative of our great city. However, it is your participation and ideas that are truly the keys to our success!
We are fully committed to shepherding this process to its completion, with the ultimate objective of unveiling a new flag that fills the Cleveland community with pride. Join us in spreading the word by telling a friend or family member and encouraging them to submit their own unique design! The more submissions we receive, the better the final product will be!
